NON-STOCK ITEMS - We normally stock everything advertised on our website and in our catalogs and magazine advertisements.

PRICING - The prices listed on this website are FOB Dracut, Massachusetts, payable in U.S. dollars.

PAYMENT METHODS


C.O.D. - Cash on delivery orders are not accepted.

CHARGE CARDS - We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Amex.  We will require information from the front and back of the card for security purposes, including the CVV2 security code. If authorization cannot be obtained for your charge card at the time of shipment, you will need to make arrangements for an alternate form of payment within one week of notification.  We do not store Charge Card numbers or CVV2 security codes in our database but we do store billing Name, Address and Telephone number.

PREPAID - You can send in a money order, company check, or personal check with your order. We must hold all orders paid by a personal check or company check until the check has cleared; please allow two weeks. Orders paid for with guaranteed funds (I.E. money order, cashier's check, certified check, wire transfer) will ship within 24 hours of receipt. Please see "IMPORTANT NOTES" concerning partial shipments and backorders.

MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS - We are required by law to collect 5% Massachusetts state sales tax from residents of Massachusetts on taxable items. Massachusetts businesses must submit a tax exempt certificate to avoid being charged sales tax.

RETURNED CHECKS - There will be a $30.00 returned check charge added to the face amount of any check returned to Coven of 13 plus any legal fees incurred.

SHIPPING INFORMATION


SHIPPING TIME - All UPS orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. All U.S. Mail orders are shipped the next business day. Delivery time for orders shipped via UPS is 1-7 working days. Delivery time for orders sent via U.S. Mail is 2-14 working days. Please provide us with your daytime phone number when ordering so that we can contact you regarding any delays or problems with your order.

SHIPPING METHODS - Unless otherwise requested, we ship via UPS ground service or U.S. Mail. We recommend UPS 2 Day Air Service if express shipment is needed. This does not include Saturday delivery, and keep in mind that if we don't receive your order by 3:00 PM EST the order will go out the following day. We reserve the right to require prepayment or payment by charge card for express/air shipments. UPS service IS available to Canada.
UPS can not ship to a PO Box, please select US Postal Priority Mail.

SHIPPING CHARGES - Shipping charges are figured by adding $0.99 to carrier's current chart rate.
INSURANCE - A nominal charge for insurance on orders of $100.00 or more will be automatically added to your order (UPS charges $0.35 per $100.00 declared value).

IMPORTANT NOTES


BACKORDERS - We only offer items for sale that are in stock.  We may elect to be notified when an item is in stock.

RETURNS:  All sales are final.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES - Claims for damages or errors must be made within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damage must first be reported to the delivering carrier (save all packing and cartons).

WARRANTY INFORMATION


LIMITED WARRANTY - If an item is defective simply return it to us, postage paid, within 30 days and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or exchange, whichever you prefer. Items must be returned with all original factory packaging, accessories, and manuals/literature included to receive full credit. All products, unless otherwise warranted in their description, are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) days from date of shipment. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this.

DISCLAIMER - There are no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend the foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective, or improper use of, products.

REMEDY - We will at our election, and subject to availability, either replace, repair, or exchange any product we have sold with a defect in materials or workmanship, or issue a credit for the purchase price plus applicable tax, providing you return such product to us, properly packaged and shipping prepaid, with a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the defect. The foregoing shall be the exclusive remedy for defective or nonconforming merchandise.
