Duane's Biography

Click here to go to Duane's MySpace pageDuane da'Vein has played almost every style of music from Folk to Death Metal.  Originally from the Detroit rock scene he moved to Massachusetts in the summer of 1997.  In his junior high days Duane started out as lead vocals and played in a few of garage bands around the Westland, MI area.  He later did some stints as lead vocals and guitar in a few power trios but eventually switched to guitar only with back-ups where he plans on staying.

The music he listens to beside underground are what you hear on the alternative rock stations like Bostons WAAF, WFNX, WBCN and New Hampshire's WGIR.

Influences:  Evanescence, Led Zeppelin, Korn, Alice in Chains, Courtney Love, Cradle of Filth, Marilynn Manson, SevenDust, Mudvayne, Tool, Linkin Park.

Equipment:  Digitech GSP 2101 Studio Tube Preamp Processor, a Rockton Velocity 300 Stereo Guitar Amp, EV 12 and 15 inch guitar speakers, Jackson / Charvel model 3, Gibson Destroyer, Les Paul Standard, Alvereze 12 string and 6 string acoustics.

Drinks:  Heineken, Absolute, Stolichnaya, Jagermeister (of course), J&B, Tangueray and whatever.  He says he tried water once but didn't like the flavor
